This patch is required to run the Fixed RNG categories.

It makes the following changes to the JPN 1.0 version of the game:

• Forces 0 blue balls during the Agahnim 1 fight
• Forces the heart piece on the 25th dig of the Digging Game
• Forces 100 rupees and the heart piece on the first attempt of the Chest Game
• Forces 0 or 1 warp during phase 3 of the Ganon fight
• Changes the current item HUD outline to red
